Elevated Living.Engineered.

Audio, video, networking, security and automation for the home — designed, installed and supported as one system by one team. Full-service plans from $59 a month.

Residential only

We do not do commercial. Homes need different equipment, different service and different people.

One team, five disciplines

No subcontractor roulette. The people who design it are the people who install it and support it.

Plans from $59/month

Monitoring, updates, support and on-site visits — so the system still works years after install day.

The part nobody else sells

A system that is still working in year five.

Apps change. Manufacturers push firmware. Providers swap out equipment without telling anyone. A connected home is not an appliance you install and forget — it needs somebody watching it.

That is what a HomeWRX plan is. Remote monitoring, managed updates, unlimited support and on-site visits, from $59 a month. Most faults are found and fixed before you have noticed anything.

Plans start at
$59/month
  • Remote system monitoring, 24/7
  • Firmware and app updates managed for you
  • Unlimited remote support during business hours
  • Two on-site service visits per year
  • Network health checks and tuning

Equipment and installation are quoted separately, per project, and itemised line by line.

Why HomeWRX

Four things we do differently.

Every integrator says they are the careful one. These are the specific, checkable commitments behind that claim.

01

You own it. All of it.

The hardware, the recordings, the credentials, the documentation. Nothing is specified to lock you to us — if you ever want another integrator to take over, they can.

02

It works when the internet does not

Lighting, shades, climate and door hardware run on local processing. An outage costs you remote access, never the ability to turn on a light or open a door.

03

One system, not five gadgets

Audio, video, network, security and lighting designed together from the start. That is the difference between a smart home and a house with smart things in it.

04

Support is the product

Most integrators sell you a system and disappear. We are a subscription business, which means we only make sense if your system keeps working in year five.

How it goes

From first conversation to a house that just works.

Five stages, no surprises, and a written design in your hands before you spend anything.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We start by asking how you live in the house — not which products you want. Rooms, routines, frustrations, who else has to be able to use it.

  2. 02

    Design

You get a written system design: what goes where, why it was chosen, what it does, and what it costs. Line by line.

  3. 03

    Installation

Clean, documented, on schedule. Drop cloths down, shoes off, the site left tidy every single evening.

  4. 04

    Handover

We do not leave until the household can use it. Everyone gets shown, not just whoever signed the contract.

  5. 05

    Support

The service plan starts. We monitor the system remotely and fix most faults before you have noticed them.

Equipment

The major brands, chosen per house.

We are deliberately not a single-manufacturer shop. The right equipment depends on the home and the budget, never on who we happen to buy from.

Tell us about the house.

Describe the home and what you would like it to do. We will come back with questions, and if it is a fit, arrange a conversation. No cost and no obligation until you have a written design in hand.
